Lime Flower (Linden) Infusion

Lime flower (Linden) infusion is a soothing caffeine free tea substitute which has a delicate floral flavour and aroma.

To make a mug of lime flower tea add 1-2g of the tea to a teapot or infuser - depending on how strong you like your tea – and pour over enough water as required at around 80C. Strain into a mug, sweeten with preferred sweetener e.g. honey and serve. Serve without milk, lime flower tea can also be served chilled like ice tea.
